Halifax-area RCMP investigating after man’s body found in vehicle

Halifax-area police say they are investigating the suspicious death of a 28-year-old man.

RCMP say officers responded to a call around 10:50 p.m. Thursday regarding a vehicle on Lake Loon Road in Lake Loon, outside Halifax.

They say officers found the body of a man inside the vehicle.

Police say they don’t believe the man’s death to be a random act.

No other details were released, and an RCMP spokesman was unable to comment further when contacted today.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the RCMP or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
