Body armour stolen from vehicle

Halifax Regional Police say body armour was stolen from a vehicle earlier this week.

The vehicle belonging to a Nova Scotia Sheriff's Service employee had been parked on Windmill Rd. north of Albro Lake Rd. overnight Wednesday into Thursday when the break-in occurred.

Duty equipment was also taken.

Anyone with information or video from the area is asked to contact police at 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
