Four charged in weekend robbery

Four people have been charged in a weekend robbery in downtown Dartmouth.

Halifax Regional Police were called to Ochterloney Street and Alderney Drive at around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

They allege a group of four people demanded property from a man they didn't know, then assaulted him.

Four suspects were arrested later that night.

Dallas Edwards, 22, Curtis Lee Dewolfe, 21, Kyle Gordon Joseph Buffett, 18, and Mikayla Smith, 21, are scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today to face one count each of robbery.
