A Halifax man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the 2013 homicide of Matthew Thomas Sudds.

Devlin Tyson Glasgow, 33, was arrested in Mission, British Columbia Wednesday night and he is being brought back to Nova Scotia today.

Sudds' body was found in a ditch on Africville Road just after noon on October 14, 2013, half way between the church and container terminal.

The 24-year-old's death was ruled a homicide.

Halifax Regional Police say Glasgow is expected in Halifax Provincial Court Friday.

He is the second person charged in connection with Sudds' death. Ricardo Jerrel Whynder was convicted of second-degree murder in June.

Investigators believe there are still people out there with information about the murder.

They can be contacted by calling 902-490-5016. Those who wish to remain anonymous can submit a tip through Crime Stoppers.
