Motorcyclist killed in Highway 103 crash

A 63-year-old man from the Halifax Regional Municipality was killed in a crash on Highway 103 Sunday evening.

RCMP say he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a guardrail at around 5:15 p.m. in the East River area.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The highway was closed between exits 6 and 7 for several hours, but has since reopened.
