Mooseheads defeat Huskies 5-2

The Halifax Mooseheads emerged victorious Friday evening in a home game against the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.

The Mooseheads got an early lead, with Zachary L'Heureux scoring his seventh goal of the season just two minutes into the game.

Under a minute later, Jordan Dumais put the Mooseheads up 2-0 against the Huskies.

With five minutes remaining in the first period, Daniil Bourash scored for the Huskies, making the score 2-1.

Early in the second period, L'Heureux scored his second goal of the night, putting the Mooseheads up 3-1.

The two-point lead for the Mooseheads didn't last long, after Samuel Johnson scored the second goal of the night for the Huskies. 

The Mooseheads scored another goal early in the third period, with Robert Orr making things 4-2.

With one minute remaining, Elliot Desnoyers scored for the Mooseheads, making the game total 5-2.
