Police search for two suspects in attempted armed robbery

A failed armed robbery at a pizza joint in Dartmouth overnight.
Staff Sergeant Brenda Zima says two suspects entered the rear entrance of
Pizza Pro on Waverley Road around 2:30 a.m.
One of the suspects held a gun at the clerk, and demanded cash from the till.
The delivery driver then pulled up, and scared the suspects away empty handed.
Zima says little is known about the suspects.
“We have minimal descriptions at this time,” she said. “They’re described as wearing black hoodies pulled up over their heads. K-9 was on scene and conducted a track, but unfortunately we were unable to come up with the suspects.”
She says there were quite a few people around the pizza joint at the time, and is asking anyone with information to call Crimestoppers.
