N.S. gas prices poised for sizeable drop

It looks like we’re in for a break at the gas pumps this week.

News 95.7 is predicting regulated prices will drop by about 2.5 cents a litre tonight.

Regular self serve is currently going for $1.07.6 in metro.

In New Brunswick, regulated prices dropped considerably overnight by nearly five cents a litre – which means gas is going for less than a dollar a litre in some places.

Diesel prices also fell in New Brunswick by nearly 3.5 cents.
