Police seek suspect in Conner Lane shooting

A Halifax man was taken to hospital with a gunshot wound after an incident on Conner Lane early Saturday morning.
Police say the victim and another person let the alleged shooter and another man into his residence around one a.m.
The two ran off after the gunplay and police were called.
They say the male in his mid-twenties was taken to the QE2 where he was treated for the gunshot and then released.
The shooter is described as a light-skinned black male, six feet tall with a black hoodie and black hat.
Police say they didn’t recover a weapon.
