A Halifax father has recieved probation after threatening the vice principal of his childrens’ elementary school and assaulting another father.
Tracy Edward Izsak punched another dad in the face outside LeMarchant-St. Thomas School in May of 2009.
Two weeks later, he made threatening remarks to the vice principal, telling her he would be her “worst nightmare” after she stopped him in the school parking lot.
Izsak appeared in court on Thursday and was sentenced to 18 months probation.
The Herald reports he must undergo counselling and stay away from the victims and the school.
Izsak apologized for the incident. His lawyer says he was under a great deal of stress when he committed the crimes.
