Man arrested for alleged sexual assaults

Police have arrested a 22-year-old man after several women said they were sexually assaulted within a short time Saturday morning.

They say they responded to three separate incidents sometime after 7:30 Saturday morning in downtown Dartmouth.

Police say all of the women were running or walking on downtown streets when a man approached the women individually and touched them in a sexual manner.

The suspect was arrested in the area a short time later and will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court Monday.
