Son arrested after man killed in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS (NEWS1130) – A 63-year-old Kamloops man is dead and his 18-year-old son is in custody.  The teen was picked up outside his home yesterday.

The victim, who has not been officially identified, was found inside the home.  Investigators have not said how the man died.

The young man does not have a criminal record and police say more information about charges is expected to be released later today.  This is Kamloops’ second homicide of the year.
