Police are trying to track down a man who they say sprayed a noxious substance at a Dooley’s in Halifax Friday night that forced the pool hall to close.

At around 9pm, officers responded to the Dooley’s Pool Hall at 30 Farnham Gate Road.

An altercation had taken place outside of the establishment and two men were sprayed with a noxious substance.

A third person was also exposed to the spray but was not directly targeted.

The victims were taken to hospital for treatment for non-life threatening injuries and the pool hall was evacuated as HRM Fire ventilated the building.

The suspect fled the scene in an unknown vehicle and is described as a while male, early 20’s, 5’3″ tall, slim build, short brown hair, wearing a long white t-shirt and jeans, with multiple tattoos on his arms.
