Two males arrested after shots fired in Dartmouth

Two males have been arrested after police on patrol heard gunshots just after 4:30 this morning.

Patrol members on duty in the Roleika Drive and Caledonia Road area of Dartmouth heard multiple gunshots.

After a 10 minute search of the area, two males were arrested as they walked on Roleika Drive.

A short time later, a handgun was recovered nearby by the K9 unit and multiple bullet holes were discovered by officers later in the back of a Roleika Drive residence.

At this time it does not appear anyone was hit or injured as a result of the incident.
