Ex-MLA Richard Hurlburt sentence decision reserved until July 27…Hurlburt committed fraud totalling $25,320.77 between December 2006 and December 2008. The defence is seeking a 9-month sentence consisting of 6 months of house arrest, followed by a 3-month curfew.
