One man dead in Cole Harbour house fire

Investigators continue to probe the scene of a fatal house fire in Cole Harbour.
Fire crews were called to the blaze just after 6:30 a.m. this morning.
RCMP spokesperson Scott MacRae told News 95.7 a 67-year-old man was found in the Nestor Crescent home.
He has since been identified as James Bamwoya.
Police say the blaze is not believed to be suspicious.
“Officials from the fire services did get into the residence, they brought a man out, but sadly he died at the scene,” said MacRae.
The house was heavily damaged by the fire.
The Medical Examiner’s office has been called in to assist with the investigation.
