Man stabbed in Timberlea

A man stabbed in Timberlea has been taken to hospital in Halifax.

The 21-year-old was knifed during a dispute with a neighbour a little before 3 p.m. on Wedgewood Avenue, in the Greenwood Heights area of Timberlea. Police say the man was stabbed in the middle of the street.

Paramedics took him to the QE2. His condition is not known, police said.

A 24-year-old man the victim knows has been arrested.
