Halifax police look for help solving two unsolved murders

Today marks the 15th year anniversary of the homicide of Raymond Paul Chase. It also marks the five year anniversary of the death of Jerrell Aaron Wright.
Police are hoping someone has information that can help solve these two cases.
On May 13, 1999, at 9:28p.m., Raymond Chase, 34, of 41 Coventry Lane pulled into the driveway of his home driving his 1998 Chevy 1/2 ton truck.
As Chase was exiting his vehicle, he was approached by a suspect who shot him, killing him instantly.
Police say the suspect ran and jumped into the passenger seat of a vehicle waiting on Coventry Lane. The vehicle fled the scene, headed towards Colby Drive.
At the time of his murder, Chase was operating a business constructing and selling homes in the Bissett Lake area of Cole Harbour. He was also part-owner of a local drinking establishment.
On May 13th, 2009, at approximately 10:45 p.m., RCMP responded to a shooting on Clarence Street in North Preston.
Jerrell Aaron Wright was shot in the head and died a week later in hospital.
