K9 unit catches Burnside break and enter suspects

Halifax Regional Police say a K9 unit on patrol saw a break and enter in process on Burbridge Avenue.

The officer found a vehicle of stolen goods at Mathers Freight in Burnside Park.

The suspects took off, but the cop and police dog were able to catch up and arrested three men.

A 21-year-old, 40 year-old and 54-year-old from the Dartmouth area are now in custody and expected to face charges after police finish their investigation.
