Young woman sprayed with pepper spray while pushing stroller in Halifax

HALIFAX – Police are investigating after a woman who was pushing a stroller in a Halifax neighbourhood was sprayed with pepper spray.
Investigators say the 19-year-old woman was walking with a man and pushing a stroller with two children in it near Dentith and Herring Cove roads around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
They say the woman was then sprayed in the face with pepper spray.
Police say the man and children were not injured, and the woman was treated at the scene.
They say the woman could not provide a description of the suspect.
