Halifax Regional School Board has had to close several schools today to allow workers to remove excessive snow from their roofs. They are:

-Ash Lee Jefferson Elementary

-Georges P. Vanier Junior High

-Holland Road Elementary

-Millwood High

-Millwood Elementary

-Nelson Whynder Elementary

-Porters Lake Elementary
