Bath salts, rifles seized from Stellerton home

STELLARTON — A 34-year-old man is facing a number of charges after police seized MDPV, commonly known as “bath salts”, and several long-barrelled hunting rifles from a home on Pleasant Street in Stellerton.
RCMP say Jonathan Lloyd Langille-Buel was taken into custody at approximately 10:30 p.m. Thursday after the Pictou County Integrated Street Crime Enforement Unit searched the home. He is facing seven charges including possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a firearm and careless use of a firearm.
Langille-Buel is in custody and will appear in Pictou Provincial Court for a bail hearing on November 23.
The investigation is continuing.
