RCMP on scene at IMP Aerospace

Police are on scene at IMP Aerospace out at the airport.

RCMP will not tell NEWS 95.7 why they are there.

IMP Aerospace sent a tweet around 7 this morning to say they were suspending operations and keeping the plant closed until 10 this morning, an updated tweet says, “Employees reporting to work at or before 11am will be excused.”

Airport spokesman Peter Spurway confirms airport operations are not affected by the police presence.
