Police looking for man seen masturbating at Halifax Shopping Centre

HALIFAX – Regional Police are trying to identify a man seen masturbating inside a parkade at the Halifax Shopping Centre on Wednesday afternoon.

Police said a woman observed the man masturbating and exposing himself in a staircase on the second level near Entrance 2 to the mall, just before 3 p.m.

The man is described as a white man between 30 and 40-years-old, with light blonde or strawberry blonde hair. He was wearing a dark t-shirt and blue jeans at the time of the incident.
