Gas prices spike over three cents

By Mark Hodgins

It'll cost you more to fill up the gas tank.

The provincial regulator has increased the minimum price for self-serve regular by three and a half cents, to 94.9 cents per litre.

A smaller increase on the diesel side, prices are up by two cents now sitting at 83.7 cents per litre.

This time last year we were paying 1.15 for gas and 1.18 for diesel.
