Two men arrested after Fletchers Lake home invasion (update)

Update: TheRCMP say the home invasion/armed robbery occurred in Fletchers Lake and not Lower Sackville as stated in the original release on July 3.

The RCMP has arrested two men following a Lower Sackville home invasion on Friday.
On July 2, officers were called to the Lower Sackville home after its residents reported being robbed by two men carrying a firearm.
After arriving at the home, officers found a vehicle on Highway 102 that had fled the scene.
The two men — 31-year-old Joel Burdon and 35-year-old Aaron Evans — were in the vehicle and taken into custody.
The RCMP says it recovered the property the men stole during the robbery.
“The men have been charged with various offences including Breaking, Entering and Committing Armed Robbery,” an RCMP news release says. “They are being held in custody and will appear in court on Monday.”
