RCMP investigate cat deaths in Debert

RCMP in Colchester County are investigating a disturbing incident that saw multiple cats killed in Debert.

On Tuesday, Mounties responded to a report of three cats found dead near a property on Hunters Geln in Debert.

Police said the cats went missing between Oct. 15 and 17, adding it’s believed a firearm was used to kill the cats.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
