Alderney Ferry crossings cancelled due to ‘situation’

Those looking to use the Alderney Ferry Wednesday morning were forced to look elsewhere after Halifax Transit cancelled several morning crossings.

No word on what the ongoing situation was that forced the cancellations.

Halifax Regional Police confirmed to CityNews Wednesday morning that there were no police related calls at the terminals, and nothing was reported by Halifax Fire’s automated account.
