Nova Scotia Conservative Leader Jamie Baillie has made some changes to the critic responsibilities in his seven member caucus.
Baillie has assigned education along with tourism and economic development to the newest member of caucus Eddie Orrell.
Orrell won the Cape Breton North seat in the June 21 by-election.
Meanwhile, Baillie has added finance and treasury board to his own list of responsibilities.
Inverness member Allan MacMaster, formerly the finance critic, will take on justice.
In another change Hants West member Chuck Porter will take the lead on energy matters and will also oversee the party’s intervention at Utility and Review Board hearings into proposed power rate increases this fall.
