Man performs early morning indecent act

A 60-year old man is to appear in court after a disturbing incident near the Halifax Commons overnight.

A 20-year old man who was walking home just after 4 a.m. Sunday near Citadel High was approached by the 60-year old man. The 60-year old man then committed an indecent act.

The accused was arrested near the scene, and will appear in court at a later date.
