RCMP Divers comb Shad Bay area

The RCMP dive team is searching the water close to a property that investigators have searched previously for human remains.

Police say they are just doing some follow up searching on information related to a major unsolved crime.

The property is owned by Thomas Arthur Johnson.

His brother Andrew Paul Johnson has been connected to a couple of murders and a disappearance in N.S. and is currently in a B.C. prison.

One of the possible cases being investigated is the 1989 disappearance of Kimberly McAndrew.
