Nova Scotia native to compete on Jeopardy Tuesday

By Dan Ahlstrand

There will be some Nova Scotia content on the television game show Jeopardy on Tuesday night.

Mattea Roach, who now lives in Toronto but is originally from Nova Scotia, is a contestant on the popular program.

According to her Twitter account the 23-year-old has family living in Marion Bridge and a grocery store in that Cape Breton community has posted a sign wishing her good luck.

Roach calls it a display of “extreme Cape Breton behaviour”.

Tuesday's episode of Jeopardy is scheduled for 8:30 Atlantic time on CBS.
