Mooseheads top Titan 6-4

The Halifax Mooseheads topped the Acadie-Bathurst Titan 6-4 on Thursday night.
The Titan opened up strong as Riley Kidney and Bennett MacArthur scored back-to-back goals to give Bathurst a 2-0 lead.
Senna Peeters put Halifax on the board near the end of the opening frame to bring it within one.
Jaxon Bellamy netted a goal early in the second period with Bobby Orr answering right back for the Herd.
Zach Beauregard and Zachary L'Heureux scored a pair to give Halifax a brief 4-3 lead before MacArthur potted his second of the evening to tie it up.
But the Mooseheads sealed the deal on the final period as Orr and Elliot Desnoyers made it a 6-4 final for the Herd.
The Mooseheads will make their way to Cape Breton to take on the Eagles.
