Fire at Via Rail station

There was a smell of smoke, alarms blaring and a full-scale evacuation at the downtown train station Wednesday.
Fire crews arrived at VIA Rail at about 3:30 Wednesday afternoon to find flames burning in the walls of the second and third floors.
A Halifax Fire spokesperson says the damage doesn’t look like much, but crews will bust open the walls to assess the damage further.
Via Rail says it will be business as usual by morning.
