Arrest in December yacht club ransacking

Police are still reminding boat owners to lock up their crafts at night and to take valuable things with them after an arrest was made in a rash of break-ins at the Armdale Yacht Club.

The robberies happened in December when a number of boats were ransacked, with the thief getting away with everything from cash to electronics and alcohol.

An 18-year-old Dartmouth man is now facing charges of break and enter and will be in court next month.
