Five face charges related to “stunting” on N.S. highway

Five drivers are being charged for doing some serious speeding on Highway 104 in Cumberland County.
Over the weekend they were all charged with “stunting,” meaning they were driving in excess of 50 km per hour above the speed limit.
The limit on the 104 is 110 km/h.
RCMP Constable Dal Hutchinson tells the Herald officers collared a New Brunswick man in a Mercedes doing 190 km/h.
He could face a fine of up to $10,000.
The minimum fine for stunting is just over $2400.
