Search for Sabrina continues

MONCTON, NB – RCMP say they are no closer to finding a missing Riverview woman, even after interviewing her ex-boyfriend who had also disappeared for a few days.
Mounties have been questioning Fred Prosser since he resurfaced yesterday but they say nothing he’s told them has brought them any closer to locating 25-year-old Sabrina Patterson.
RCMP Staff Sergeant Gary Cameron says Prosser has provided them with an explanation for his disappearance, but Cameron says he can’t divulge that information as it could hinder the integrity of the investigation.
Investigators remain hopeful that someone will be able to provide them with useful information in their search for Sabrina and are still taking many tips from the public.
Patterson, a mother of two small children, hasn’t been seen since last Friday night at the Moncton Coliseum.
Her car was later found in the Riverview Mall parking lot.
Meanwhile, Prosser appeared in Moncton Provincial Court today where he was charged with assaulting Patterson back on October 9th, breaching a court undertaking to stay away from her and stealing her cell phone.
He’s also facing charges of assault and uttering death threats against Patterson back on August 2nd.
Prosser will be back in court on Tuesday, November 9th for a bail hearing.
