Five men hurt after four separate stabbings in Surrey

SURREY (NEWS1130) – It was a violent night in Surrey as five men are in hospital after four separate stabbings during the night. The first one happened at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot at 150th Street and 107th Avenue.

At midnight at Scott Road and 72nd Avenue, Staff Sergeant Bruce Anderson says two men were stabbed when they were assaulted by a group of five men. “The group they had met originally split up and while they were escaping they ended up striking one of the victims of the stabbing.”

At 1 a.m., a fight at the G Spot Show Lounge, at the foot of the Pattullo Bridge, saw another man stabbed. About 15 minutes later there was scuffle and stabbing at the T-Barz strip club near King George Highway and 104A Avenue.

All five victims are in hospital and no arrests have been made in any case. Police say there are no links between any of the incidents.
