16 year-old missing since January

16 year-old Katelyn Nicks was last seen on January 28th, almost three weeks ago. Police say they now need help finding her.
She is known to frequent the south end of Halifax and while she has left home before, she’s never been known to be gone this long.
Her family reported her missing on January 28th, but efforts to locate her since then have been unsuccessful.
Police say they, at this point, have no reason to believe Katelyn has met with foul play , but emphasize there is concern for her well-being.
She is described as:
White, female
5 foot, 6 inches
Approximately 200 pounds
Brown, shoulder length hair
Green eyes
