Gas prices unchanged in N.S.

Gas prices threw us a curve ball this week.

Regulated prices were expected to go up by about a penny and a half overnight, but the u-a-r-b elected to keep the prices steady for another week.

Regular self-serve stays at $1.24.7 in metro and diesel remains at a maximum price of $1.23.2 a litre.

At this time last year, regular self-serve cost just 98 cents a litre in metro and diesel was going for 96.4.

In New Brunswick, gas is going for about $1.22 in most places.
