Man charged after going through drive-thru pantless

Staff at a McDonald’s restaurant in Dartmouth needed to call police after a customer went through the drive-thru, without pants or underwear.
Regional police said it happened Aug. 29 around 4:40 p.m. The driver of a convertible was at the location at 393 Pleasant St. and pulled up to the first kiosk to order food.
When he went up to the window to pay, employees inside realized he was not wearing any pants and his “genitals were completely exposed,” a police release of the incident reads.
After picking up his order at the next window, he drove off and the staff called police.
Officers found and arrested the man without incident at a home in Eastern Passage.
As a result, a 53-year-old man is expected in a Dartmouth court to face the charge of an indecent act.
