Flasher spotted in rainstorm

Halifax Regional Police are looking for a man who was spotted exposing himself in the middle of of a torrential rainstorm.
A woman told police she was sitting in her vehicle at Duke and Albemarle streets around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday when she saw a man walking along the street exposing himself.
The man is described as between 40 and 50 years old, standing five-feet-nine-inches tall and wearing a dark ball cap and jacket.
“No further description is available due to the poor visibility caused by the heavy rain,” Sgt. Rob Lowther told News 95.7.
Last Thursday, police issued a warning to south end residents after a man was spotted peering through a woman’s window and fondling himself.
That suspect was described as a white man between 20 and 30 years old and about five foot eight.
Lowther says there are no indications to link the latest incident or suspect with any other investigations at this time.
