Man missing from Forensic Hospital

Halifax Police have sent us the following information:
Halifax Regional Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Dartmouth man.
Twenty-four-year-old Adam Atkinson was last seen at the East Coast Forensic Hospital on September 19. He was out on a pass and failed to return at 9:30 p.m. as required and was reported missing the next day. Adam is described as a white man, 5’7″, 140 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.
At this time there is no evidence to suggest that Adam has met with foul play, however, he requires medication and without it, may pose a risk to himself or others. Police request that Adam, or anyone with information on his whereabouts, call Halifax Regional Police at 490-5016 or their local police department.
