A calendar where St. Patty’s is always on a Saturday? A U.S. professor proposes a revised calendar where dates always fall on the same day of the week and would eliminate leap years…by adding an extra week at the end of the year every 5-6 years. He’d also like to eliminate time zones by adopting universal time…which would mean some areas of the world would enjoy sunrise at 10PM…good idea?
