KEVIN LACEY, from the Canadian Taxpayer’s Federation, will discuss council salaries. Halifax Water spokesman JAMES CAMPBELL, will be on to talk about the case of Fred Lordly. Rev. RHONDA BRITTON will talk about the death of activist Rocky Jones. MLA BILL ESTABROOKS will talk about the government’s paving program and the twinning of Highway 103. Constable PIERRE BOURDAGES will talk about a case where an officer used a taser in Halifax this morning and a robbery this afternoon.
