Non-profit groups application process begins for St. Patrick’s Alexandra site

Non-profit groups have until the middle of November to submit proposals on the future use of the St. Patrick’s Alexandra site.
The site is considered surplus because there is no municipal need for it.
The closing date for applications is November 12, 2013.
HRM staff have been tasked with evaluating the submissions, and Regional Council will have the final say.
Council will also decide whether to award the property at below market value to a non-profit group or sell the property at market value.
