MLA compensation panel inviting public input

The panel that’s looking at how provincial politicians are paid is asking for public participation.
The Speaker of the House appointed former Auditor General Roy Salmon, nurses’ union President Janet Hazelton and lawyer John Merrick to look at all aspects of Nova Scotia MLA salaries, expenses and allowances.
Now the trio wants to hear from you.
Public meetings will be held in the Red Room at Province House on Wednesday February 12.
