Three charged after early morning armed robbery

Halifax Regional Police say a 27-year-old man was robbed at a Dartmouth apartment early Wednesday morning.
The man had arranged to meet up with a woman on Primrose Street at around 4 a.m.
Police say when they went into an apartment, two masked men carrying knives entered the room, the victim thought one may have had a gun in his waistband.
The victim says the suspect took some money and personal items from him.
After being forced to leave, he drove away and called police, he wasn't hurt.
Officers arrived and forced everyone out of the apartment at around 6:30 a.m., arresting four men and two women.
Three were released without charges and police searched the apartment Wednesday afternoon.
A 19-year-old woman from Dartmouth has been charged with one count each of robbery with a firearm and conspiracy to commit robbery.
A 21-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, both of Dartmouth, have been charged with one count each of robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, conspiracy to commit robbery, uttering threats and two counts each of carrying a concealed weapon.
All three will be in Dartmouth Provincial Court Thursday.
