Man facing charges after shots fired in Dartmouth

Halifax Regional Police say they are investigating a weapons offence in Dartmouth after shots were fired into a parked car.

Police say several shots were fired at the car on Valkyrie Crescent, and no injuries were reported.

A man was arrested moments later and will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today.

In a release sent out around 1 p.m. Sunday, police did not say when exactly the incident occurred.
