Tilray Brands Inc. says it has purchased assets from U.K. craft beer company BrewDog.

The cannabis and beverage company says the deal is worth about £33 million (almost $60.5 million).

It includes the rights to BrewDog’s global brand, its U.K. brewing operations and 11 pubs in the U.K. and Ireland.

Tilray is separately negotiating to acquire some BrewDog assets in the U.S. and Australia.

BrewDog was started in 2007 and makes craft, premium, low- and no-alcohol beer under brands that include Punk IPA, Hazy Jane, Lost Lager and Wingman.

Over the last several years, Tilray has been amassing a broad portfolio of beer brands. Its collection features Shock Top, SweetWater Brewery, Breckenridge Brewery and Montauk Brewing Co.
